You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

 

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

 

 

Fees and Payment

Fees are set forth in the applicable service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice.

Overdue balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

 

 

Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned or licensed by The Isaacs Group.

Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our written consent.

 

 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non‑public information shared during an engagement.

This obligation survives termination of any agreement.

You agree not to:
